As a Team Lead, you will leverage your operational acumen and managerial expertise to balance client-facing responsibilities with leading a team of up to four direct reports. Your week will be divided between direct project involvement and guiding your team to ensure optimal client execution and quality assurance. You will be integral to staffing, overseeing quality assurance processes, and facilitating team projects. As a critical part of our team's success, you will leverage your knowledge and leadership to inspire and influence your colleagues, ensuring the achievement of shared objectives in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

You Will:

  • Manage a team of Engagement Managers who assist and manage Retail/CPG clients day-to-day throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with LiveRamp from implementation to retention and ultimately growth and upsell

  • Lead the team in fostering a true partnership with LiveRamp’s clients with a customer-centric approach that results in aligned goals and objectives, effective and proactive client communications, messaging and transparency

  • Act as a product expert across to enhance the customer’s existing usage and adoption and to cultivate and achieve future opportunities on their accounts

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Serve as a lead for managing challenging client requests or issue escalations

  • Provide updates to senior management on critical customer milestones, customer satisfaction, renewals forecast, and upsell potential

  • Collaborate and support other internal and customer-facing initiatives

  • Develop thought leadership in the form of case studies and process documents

  • Facilitate team learning by sharing insights enhancing skill sets and promoting a collaborative work environment

  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, providing regular, actionable and well documented feedback and recognizing the hard work of the team

  • Drive the performance management on the team to quickly address performance gaps and celebrate the achievements across all teams

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 6+ Years experience in Advertising Technology either in a Services or Success capacity

  • 3+ years as a people manager; experience growing and nurturing customer success or professional services staff

  • 3+ Years experience working with Retail/CPG customers

  • Strong knowledge of relevant technologies, emerging business/ industry trends, competitive direction, and product direction

  • Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude and ability to engage with engineers or SMEs across the organization

  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in an advisory role

  • Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions

  • Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, who excels in a complex, matrixed, fast-paced, and unpredictable environment

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in strategic sales/services

  • Delivery focused: Previous experience managing professional service delivery for a software company (SaaS preferred)

  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time for client engagements

The approximate annual base compensation range is $124,000 to $163,800. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
