Job Responsibilities:

  • Help the engineering team leadership be more productive, effective, and organized

  • Keep a close eye on schedules and help keep executives on track and ensure their schedules reflect their priorities

  • Work within the knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures

  • Use considerable judgment and discretion in completing work assignments

  • Demonstrate sensitivity and discretion in regards to confidential information

  • Handle requests/questions from all levels of management

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for assigned leaders

  • Attend team meetings and capture the next steps and action items

  • Organize team-building events, happy hours, and social activities as requested

  • Manage expenses every week, with clear documentation and budget awareness

  • Facilitate communication and organization between teams at LiveRamp

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

  • Interest in learning new things to guide optimization and improvement of processes

  • Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executives as needed

  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Open-minded and consciously thinking of ways to be more efficient

  • Proactive and have a knack for seeing problems before they show up

  • Organized and attentive to detail

  • Always ready with a backup plan

  • You must be naturally tenacious and super-driven

  • You read email threads thoroughly before responding

  • Proficient with Google tools in a professional setting

The approximate annual base compensation range is $71,000.00 to $95,500.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
