ABOUT THIS ROLE

In this role, you will help drive the global adoption and strategy of one of LiveRamp’ most important initiatives - Connectivity. You’ll be responsible for helping drive collaboration between our international and US commercial, product, and business development leadership in each market across brands, publishers and platforms to ensure that we can support our clients in every market in every channel, for every use case in a world without 3rd party cookies or device IDs. You’ll work closely with the Connectivity leadership team to help craft our strategy and operating plan and then help execute both.

You’ll become an expert in developing global partnerships and expanding our efforts to maximize adoption of our technology in new markets. You will work to make sure all of our international expansion efforts are rooted in our connectivity strategy, and that all of our strategic partnerships set us up for long term success. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our product and be able to quickly understand a client/partner’s role in the ecosystem and how we can partner together with them.

Responsibilities will focus on several key strategic objectives:

  • Ideate, develop, and execute on our company strategy - you’ll work closely with the Chief Connectivity and Ecosystem Officer and Connectivity leadership team to build out our Connectivity strategy and operating plan. You’ll help lead bi-quarterly check-ins on the strategy, identify gaps, and help find solutions. You’ll work closely with the Chief Connectivity and Ecosystem Officer on leadership and board updates.

  • Cross-company projects - you’ll work closely with the Connectivity leadership team to drive cross-company connectivity projects involving collaboration with the commercial team, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and more.

  • Strategic Partnerships - you’ll work with the Connectivity leadership team on some of our most important partnerships - including in emerging markets and on new products. This will include crafting the partnership strategy, identifying appropriate stakeholders, and guiding the partnership to success.

  • Team Collaboration - you’ll work with the Connectivity leadership team to help enable the team to meet their goals This includes helping with organizational planning, driving cross-functional collaboration, and working on internal projects, such as reporting and pipeline management.

  • Day-to-day workstream tracking – you’ll be working on many projects, all on different timelines. It’s critical that you’re able to project manage the different efforts and make sure that we’re meeting goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent project management skills - must be able to track workstreams across various stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Remarkably strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial. This is a major, fast paced initiative for LiveRamp and you’ll be crucial to its success.

  • Willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills in order to craft and deliver the best solutions.

  • AdTech background preferred.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Comfortable with and has experience working in ambiguous environments while working in a consultative manner with clients

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally. Proactive, thorough, and transparent in communication - people rarely need to follow up with you. Able to quickly understand and decompose complex questions and concepts.

  • Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship.

  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive (no exceptions).

  • Willingness to travel internationally to represent LiveRamp in NA, EU, APAC, and LATAM.

T he approximate annual compensation range is $191,000.000 to $220,000.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team
